(2:45p to 11:15p) - rotating schedule; may include weekends & holidays. Part

Requirements: Current Oregon RN or LPN license in good standing. Prior med-surg
or LTC skilled unit experience preferred. Charge nurse over CNA's on shift.
Pass medications.
